2nd Tendering for Oily Water Separator Package For (EPC)
for New Nassiriya Depot Project, Iraq (the Stage 1)
Enlink Energy FZE, as the tendering agent, hereby releases the Bidding Announcement, inviting interested bidders to participate in the bidding.
1. Tendering Conditions
The project has implemented relevant procedures according to rules, regulations, and laws .as well as the capital has been confirmed. Now we hereby invite your esteemed company to participate in this bid.
2. Project Overview and Tendering Scope
2.1. Project overview:
Project Name: Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for New Nassiriya Depot
Owner: State Company for Oil Project (SCOP)
Nassiriya New Crude Oil Depot with a working capacity of about four million barrels (637,000 M3) is the proposed depot to accommodate the produced crude from the following fields: Ahdeb Field, Badra Field, Gharaffield, Nassiriya field and Abu Amood field. Total capacity shall be about four million barrels (637,000 M3), for Phase (I) it shall be 2.52 million barrels (401,000 M3), and for Phase (II), it shall be 1.26 million barrels (200,500 M3).CPP win to build all tanks for phase (I), including 7 Floating roof tanks (66000m3), and their accessories. Two relief tanks(23000 m3), capacity of each tank is 23000 m3 , one for heavy the other for light crude oil .Two fire water steel tank of 10,000 m3 Capacity from continuous water supply. The project is planned to be completed prior April, 2025.
2.2. Scope: For the materials to be procured by the present Tendering, please refer to the table below:

3. Requirements For Bidder
The Tenderer shall be a manufacturer, and shall take full responsibility to the goods and services.
Agent or Trading Company is NOT allowed to participate this bid.
Any bidder shall avoid the following situations: liquidation proceedings,file for bankruptcy protection ,bankruptcy proceedings or any inability on contract performance
4. Acquisition of Tendering Documents
Time of receiving the tendering documents: AM 9:00 on 8th July,2024 to PM17:00 on 15th July,2024 (Abu Dhabi time, the same below).

5. Submission of Bidding Documents
The tender will be conducted in two stages. This is the stage 1 of the tender.
Submission of Unpriced Bid Document in stage 1:
Stage 1: In order to help vendors pass the technical and commercial evaluation, vendor are requested to submit the Un-Priced Technical Proposal and the Un-Priced-Commercial Proposal to the following emails for preliminary evaluation and clarification:

The Stage 1 proposals shall be submitted to the above email before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 23th July,2024
The overdue delivery of the bid documents will be rejected, and the delivery time shall be subject to the time of designated email ID.
After the 1st stage preliminary evaluation of vendors’ proposals, all vendors will be notified to submit the complete technical commercial proposal including all amendments according to clarifications during stage 1.
Submission of Bid Document in stage 2:
Bidding documents in stage 2 shall be composed of two components, “Technical Proposal” and “Commercial Proposal”. The proposal shall be in both PDF and editable file (the proposal documents in PDF shall be signed and stamped according to requirements of tendering documents)
The Submission Date and Receiving Mailbox for stage 2, the bidder shall wait for further notice from the Tenderee.
6. Bid Opening
