鉴于美的国际业务扩张的需求，公司计划在2024年下半年正式启动泰国备件仓项目，秉着“公平、公正、开放、透明”的原则引入优质仓储合作伙伴，秉持合作共赢的核心理念期待与各方携手共进，推动项目的高效运行。现由美的国际物流对“****年度美的泰国备件仓项目仓储业务”进行公开招标，竭诚欢迎泰国符合要求的仓储服务商参加投标。

In view of the demand for the expansion of Midea's international business, the company plans to officially launch the Thailand spare parts warehouse project in the second half of 2024. 一、招标时间及地点：**** 9：30-17：30 (泰国时间)

Bidding time:9:30-17:30 31th October 2024 (Thailand local time)

Address：Midea Refrigeration Equipment (Thailand) Co.,Ltd 18/16, Pinthong Industrial Estate 5, Khao Khansong, SiRacha, ChonBuri 20110 (Thailand)

二、招标项目

美的泰国备件中心仓库租赁、仓管、理装卸项目，包含仓储租赁、仓库管理、装卸工作业和叉车工出入库拣货拉运作业、贴单扫码作业、收货扫码上架作业等。

Midea Thailand spare parts Center warehouse leasing, management and loading and unloading projects, including warehouse leasing, warehouse management, loading and unloading work, forklift workers picking and transporting goods in and out of the warehouse, posting and scanning codes , receiving and scanning codes for shelving in Thailand.

三、投标单位资质要求

1、营业执照/公司注册证书(DBD) 和税务登记证(PP20)。公司成立年限必须满一年，注册资金不少于 500 万泰铢。须具备1年以上的备件仓储经验及相关经验的物流企业，具有独立承担民事责任能力，没有处于被责令停用、财产被接管、冻结、破产状态。

Business license/company registration certificate (DBD) and tax registration certificate (PP20). The company must have been established at least for one year and have a registered capital of no less than 5 million Thai baht. Logistics companies must have at least one year of experience in spare parts warehousing and relevant experience and have the ability to independently assume civil liability, and not be in a state of being ordered to suspend operations, having their assets taken over, frozen, or bankrupt.

2、仓库具备有5000平方的扩展空间，并且是立体仓。

The warehouse has 5000 square meters of expansion space and is a three-dimensional warehouse.

3、所需资质证明

Professional Qualification Certificate needed

①仓库自有产权证明或租赁合同证明

Proof of warehouse ownership or proof of lease agreement;

②法定代表人身份证扫描件（国外公司提供护照证件/当地身份证等身份证明证件）

Identity certificate copy of legal representative（ID card/Passport etc.);

③供应商基本资料表 （按美的模板填写，供应商已经是LPRM的潜在供应商/已生效的供应商，再次来投其他标时不需重复提供）

Basic data list of suppliers(Midea Template,If the supplier is already a potential supplier/active supplier of LPRM system, and there is no need to provide the information again when bidding for other projects.);

④供应商基本信息（按美的模板填写，供应商已经是 LPRM 的潜在供应商/已生效的供应商，再次来投其他标时不需重复提供）

Supplier Basic Information (Midea Template,If the supplier is already a potential supplier/active supplier of LPRM system, and there is no need to provide the information again when bidding for other projects.);

⑤供应商需自备WMS系统供招标方使用

The supplier needs to provide their own WMS system for use by the bidding party.

4、注意事项Issue to note:

符合以下关系的公司不得同时参与投标。

The companies that meet the following criteria are not allowed to participate in the bidding at the same time.

①法定代表人为同一人的两家及多家公司；

Two or more Suppliers whose legal representatives are the same person;

②存在控股、参股、交叉持股、管理关系的两家及多家公司；

Two or more Suppliers with controlling, shareholding, cross-shareholding, and management relationships;

③存在其他形式的关联关系，可能影响招投标项目公平公证进行的两家及多家公司。

Two or more Suppliers that have other forms of related relationships that may affect the fair and impartial bidding process of the project.

5、本公告的所有信息及资料不视为招标人的要约或承诺。招标人会根据意向投标单位提供的资料筛选符合条件的供应商进行正式的招投标活动，招标人有权不予解释选择或否决的原因并保留对发布信息及资料修改的权利，正式招标文件以招标人向筛选通过的供应商发出的书面文件为准。招标人在法律许可范围内保留解释权。

All information and materials in this announcement shall not be deemed as an offer or commitment by the tenderer. The tenderer will select qualified suppliers based on the information provided by the intended bidders for formal bidding activities. The tenderer has the right not to explain the reasons for selection or rejection and reserves the right to modify the published information and materials. The formal bidding documents shall be subject to the written documents issued by the tenderer to the selected suppliers. The tenderer reserves the right of interpretation within the scope permitted by law.

四、投标说明Bidding instruction

1、如对本公告有任何疑问，均需通过正式邮件的形式咨询招标组织方。参标方均需招标当天到现场参与报价，不接受线上、邮件等形式投标；

4、招标方审核资料：招标方将对投标单位资质录入系统https:****并进行审核，符合条件的投标方可参与投标，具体以美的邮件通知为准；

5、若中标后出现恶意弃标、未按期签署合同、未按约缴纳运作保证金等扰乱本次招标秩序的情况，或在招标过程中有行贿、有围标、串标、哄抬标价和恶意竞标或者其他违规违法的行为，或签订合同后，不能按照合同条款约定履约的情况，我司有权扣除本次 投标缴纳的保证金，并拉入黑名单，限制招投标；

After winning the bid, if there is malicious abandonment of the bid, failure to sign the contract on time, failure to pay the operation deposit as agreed, etc. that disrupt the order of this bidding, or any other irregular or illegal behavior during the bidding process such as bribery, collusion, raising the bid price, malicious bidding,or failure to perform in accordance with the terms of the contract after signing the contract by the supplier, our company has the right to deduct the deposit paid for this bidding and put the supplier in blacklist to restrict bidding for all Midea business.

6、标前答疑会：暂定2024年10月17号（具体时间待通知）,将安排符合资质并按时缴纳投标保证金的投标方参与线上标前会，标前会将沟通以下内容：
