精细化工及原料工程项目45万吨/年全密度聚乙烯装置气动开关阀(小口径球阀)，数量：共13套。
Fine chemical and raw material engineering project 450,000 tons/year full density polyethylene device pneumatic on-off valve (small diameter ball valve),
Quantity: 13 sets in total.

3. 对投标人的资质要求
Qualification Requirements to Bidders
1) 投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；
The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2) 投标人为所投产品制造商，或与制造商同属同一集团（同一母公司控股）或与制造商存在控股、参股的销售公司，若投标人为上述情况的销售公司，还须出具能证明与制造商同属同一集团（同一母公司控股）或与制造商存在控股、参股的相关证明文件。
If the bidder is the manufacturer of the invested product, or belongs to the same group (controlled by the same parent company) as the manufacturer, or has a controlling or participating sales company with the manufacturer, if the bidder is a sales company in the above situation, relevant proof documents must be provided to prove that they belong to the same group (controlled by the same parent company) as the manufacturer or have a controlling or participating relationship with the manufacturer.
3）本项目不接受代理商投标；
This project does not accept agent bidding；
4）自****至投标文件递交截止时间前7日（以合同签订时间为准），投标人在中国境内具有全密度聚乙烯装置吹扫系统小口径球阀供货业绩，单个供货业绩合同中不少于3套吹扫系统小口径球阀。
注：须提供供货业绩合同的扫描件（含双方盖章、项目名称、货物名称、供货数量、签订日期）和签字版技术协议的扫描件（应体现项目名称、装置、供货清单）等证明文件，未按上述要求提供或提供信息不全，则视为无效业绩。
From July 1, 2014 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of tender documents (subject to the contract signing time), the bidder has the supply performance of small diameter ball valves for full-density polyethylene device purging system in China, and the single supply performance contract contains no less than 3 sets of small diameter ball valves for purging system.
Note: The scanned copy of the delivery performance contract (including the seal of both parties, the name of the project, the name of the goods, the quantity of delivery, and the date of signing) and the scanned copy of the signed version of the technical agreement (which should reflect the project) must be provided
5）投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内，针对本次招标人开具的资信证明原件或复印件。
The original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the tenderer within three months before the bid opening date.
6）本项目不接受联合体投标。
This project does not accept consortium bidding。
