(c)本项目的特定资格要求：本项目需具备：(1)建设部颁发的水利水电工程施工总承包二级及其以上资质；(2)拟任项目负责人须具有水行政主管部门颁发的《安全生产考核合格证书》(B证)(证书上“企业名称”须为申请人，且在有效期内)；(3)拟任项目安全负责人须具有水行政主管部门颁发的《安全生产考核合格证书》(C证)(证书上的“企业名称”须为申请人，且在有效期内)。本项目专门面向中小企业采购。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:With the Ministry of Construction issued by the water conservancy and hydropower project construction general contracting grade II and above qualification, this project is specially for small and medium-sized enterprises procurement.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
