It is expected that there will be 9 locations for pipe jacking crossings. 28-inch CS-8 to Tie-in buried pipeline branch line (API 5L Gr. X52 PSL 2 Sour, 8.74mm\9.53mm, design pressure 17 barg) accompanied by two 24-core optical cables, approximately 1.95 kilometers long. 28-inch CS-7 to Tie-in buried pipeline branch line (API 5L Gr. X52 PSL 2 Sour, 8.74mm\9.53mm, design pressure 17 barg) accompanied by two 24-core optical cables, approximately 2.30 kilometers long. Three hot tapping operations for the 40-inch to 28-inch size change. Two valve chambers and two 28-inch permanent pigging launchers and receivers. One horizontal directional drilling (HDD) with a length of approximately 1,214.2 meters (width of the MOD is 924 meters). Internal modification of the existing solid-liquid separator in the NR NGL station and tie-in work during the shutdown period. Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) system, solar power system for valve chambers, and leakage detection system. |

| 供应商资格要求： | (1)The Bidder shall have the status of an independent legal entity, be independent in legal and financial aspects, operate legally and be independent of the Buyer (procurement implementer), and shall be manufacturers or the authorized agents (provide the authorized agency letter for the project or the agency agreement with the manufacturer). (2)The Bidder is required to provide a valid ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification. In case an agent participates in the bidding, both the agent and the manufacturer shall provide valid ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certifications. (3)financial requirements: Chinese bidders: The bidder should provide financial reports for 1 year(2023), including but not limited to balance sheets, cash flow statements, income statements and financial statements. The reports should be audited by accounting firms or institutions. The bidder should not be in the situation of bankrupt or unable to perform the contract; If the date of establishment is later than 2023, it shall be counted from the year of establishment. International bidders: The bidder shall undertake in the bid, once passed Commercial and Technical evaluation,before LOA issued, to provide audited financial statements for 1 year(2023)(If the date of establishment is later than 2023, it shall be counted from the year of establishment).The bidder’s financial reports should be evaluated by the Buyer. If finding the bidder is in the situation of bankrupt or unable to perform the contract,the Buyer shall be entitled to cancel its bidding qualification or shall not award contract. (4)Reputation requirements (applicable to Chinese bidders): The Bidder shall not be listed in the list of seriously illegal and untrustworthy enterprises or the list of persons subject to enforcement for dishonesty on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (http:****) and the Credit China website (www.creditchina.gov.cn). (5)Other requirements (applicable to Chinese bidders): Bidders shall not be included in the blacklist, have the bidding qualifications suspended or cancelled, or be prohibited from access by China National Petroleum Corporation / China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. |
