1.0 OVERVIEW

概况

1.1 The working/project LOCATION is in BONNY ISLAND, PH, NIGERIA.

1.2 Equipment planned to be leased and its duration is shown in APPENDIX. The quantity/period in the list is a provisional estimate, which shall not be used as the basis for settlement or claim. The settlement shall be based on the work completion sheet and the signed form of the actual equipment usage time record.

执行计划租赁的设备及租赁期限见附件1，清单内的数量/工期为暂估量，不作为结算或索赔的依据， 结算时以完工单及设备实际使用时间记录签认表为准。

1.3 The quantity in the BOQ is a provisional estimate, which shall not be used as the basis for settlement or claim. The settlement shall be based on the work completion sheet.

1.4 The Scope of Work shall include providing INQUIRER with the Equipment it needs and meets the

2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE BORNE BY THE QUOTING PARTY

报价方责任

2.1 QUOTING INQUIRY shall be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on the equipment.

报价方应负责设备的维修和保养。

2.2 QUOTING PARTY shall constantly update all permits and certificates for the equipment in order to be in compliance with the applicable regulations.

报价方负责持续更新所有设备的许可证和证书，以符合适用规定。

2.3 QUOTING PARTY shall be responsible for all the community, public and governmental relations, as may be required for the performance of SERVICES, and shall bear all costs (including fines) arising from, and related to such relations.

报价方应负责履行服务所需的所有社区、公共和政府关系，并应承担由此产生的和与此有关的所有费用(包括罚款)。

2.4 QUOTING PARTY shall be responsible for the mobilization of its equipment to the site which includes but is not limited to logistics transportation, certificate/permit/license handling, etc.

报价方应负责其设备的进场费用,包括但不限于物流运输、及证书/许可/执照办理等。

2.5 QUOTING PARTY shall be responsible for the security of its equipment and its staff during the lease period. QUOTING PARTY shall take full responsible for property losses and casualties caused by equipment or operators provided by QUOTING PARTY.

租赁期内，设备及报价方所提供工作人员的安保由报价方负责, 报价方应对其提供的设备或

操作人员造成的财产损失和人员伤亡负全部责任。

2.6 Due to the fuel being supplied by the INQUIRY PARTY during lease period, the QUOTING PARTY shall allow the INQUIRY PARTY to supervise the consumption of fuel and comply with

2.6the requirements of the INQUIRY PARTY to save corresponding expenses.

由于租赁期间燃料由询价方提供，报价方应允许询价方监督燃料消耗，并遵守询价方的要求，

以节省相应的费用。

3.0 OTHERS

其他

3.1 QUOTING PARTY shall has full capacity and authority and all necessary licences, permits and consents to enter into and to perform a lease Agreement.

报价方应有充分的能力和权力以及所有必要的执照、许可证和同意书来订立和履行租赁合同。

3.2 Quote currency：USD/EUR/NGN

报价货币：美元/欧元/奈拉

3.3 In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding as to the interpretation of the language or terms of this INQUIRY, the English language version shall prevail.

如中、英文互相歧异或抵触时，以英文文本为准。
