简要规则描述：本项目建设地点位于高东镇高东新路71号旁法治广场，共计约7062.3平方米。投入使用多年后，不少路灯灯罩出现破损，木质座椅、木质廊架等附属设施存在不同程度的腐朽、开裂，同时现有空间使用功能单一，无法满足日常活动需求。为了提高广场整体使用体验和安全性，丰富优化休闲活动空间功能，进一步提升高东樱花小镇居民生活品质，拟实施高东镇法治广场整修工程。主要实施内容：①拆除工程：原地坪拆除，原花坛拆除，种植土回填，原附属设施拆除清运；②铺装工程：混凝土立侧石，木栈道铺装，石英砖铺装新建改造，塑胶铺装新建、改造（含划线），沥青铺装，透水混凝土新建及改造，堆砌地形，新建台阶；③设施小品及配套工程：新建花坛，新建廊架，安装坡道栏杆，安装座椅，新建儿童配套设施，安装垃圾箱和标识牌； ⑤绿化工程：绿化种植，原绿化移植，种植土填充；⑤排水和电气工程：开挖线性排水沟和排管，人行道路面修复，安装照明设施等（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸） 。
